Hi! I’m Michele, a life coach with a passion for helping people find clarity, purpose and excitement in their lives.

What is life coaching? Life coaching is similar to therapy, but it’s more goal-oriented and future-focused. We work on actionable steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be. If you’re looking to work through issues from your past or heal traumas, therapy is a better option for you at this time.

I believe in a holistic coaching style that goes beyond cognitive goal-setting, allowing you to embody your full potential through mind, body, and emotional alignment. Together, we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and create a path that feels both empowering and manageable.

I value equality and diversity and welcome people of all races, religions, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
